Welcome to the NerdyBookBabe Blog!
Hi there, and welcome to my blog! I’ve always considered myself a bit of a nerd, and during the Pandemic, I fell back in love with reading. Because we were isolated from so much of the world, books allowed me to escape in a safe and entertaining way. I quickly found a whole new world, with Booktube and Bookstagram, which led me to creating a NetGalley account and requesting ARCs. Since then I’ve read and reviewed over 100 ARCs, and I try to read between 75 to 100 books a year.

I’m usually the type of person to get really excited about a hobby for 6 months to a year, then drop it and move on to something else. However, this hasn’t been the case with reading, so I finally decided to create a blog to centralize all my ARC reviews, monthly reading wrap-ups, and other thoughts about the books I’m reading or excited to read. enjoy reading all genres. I gravitate mostly to contemporary romance, YA, and general fiction, though I’m also known to pick up the occasional thriller, nonfiction, or sci-fi book, too. Hopefully you’ll share in my excitement for books and join me in discussing them too!

More About Me
My IRL name is Pam. I consider both Georgia and Los Angeles home, even though I only lived in LA for 10 years. I’m a happily married woman, born in the 1980’s, and I’m a proud Clemson Tiger. In addition to reading books, I also love animals/nature (I was a volunteer at the Georgia Aquarium for a couple years), crocheting, and trying new teas, cocktails, or wine. I’ve also been trying to be more active, so you might hear me talking about walking and listening to audiobooks, too!
